Grout Sealant
Ceramic tile often has a glazed finish that accumulates soil on the surface. This hard surface is applied at the factory, making it resistant to stains caused by everyday soil and wear. Unless grout lines are sealed after cleaning, they’ll immediately become susceptible to dirt, debris, and discoloration again. To keep stains at bay and slow the discolorization process, we apply a heavy-duty grout sealer; a service for which other cleaning companies would charge an additional fee. * Protecting your walls and floors from damage with corner guards and mats. Sensitive areas are also taped off for additional protection.
* Removing furniture and other items that might get in the way of the cleaning process.
* Thoroughly vacuuming to remove dry particulates and prepare the surface for wet cleaning.
* Hand scrubbing of stubborn spots and stains.
* Thorough scrubbing of grout lines and tile faces, using a large industrial scrubber that really gets the job done.
* Cleaning and rinsing with hot, clean water. We extract all cleaning solutions and dirt with our powerful truck-mounted cleaning equipment.
* Hand-cleaning of edges and areas where our powerful scrubber cannot reach.
